I have a DSC2K.1D, that i was running my XXX 18 off in my integra, stock electrical, incomplete big 3(just upgraded batt ground), stock alt, sears batt, no 2nd batt, and stock alt. Risky of me, I know. I just kept the volt meter on any time i was dumping and just made sure to never let it dip under 13volts.
You'll be fine at 1 ohm like I was. Just don't beat the **** out of it lol.
I was just going to get the 1500.1d myself, sonic at the time had them for $215, so it was hard not to spring for the 2000.1 for only $60 more.
