My friend got an ovi. Here in ohio its for minors. Not a dui, its a different class i guess. But its operation a vehicle under the influence. Well he got one, Just got his licence back after 6 months or so, had to attend some classes and whatnot. But he's already back to driving drunk. He's not one of those retard drunks. like he drinks everyweekend and can handle himself really well no matter what. I've seen him drive pretty shitty and he's always fully aware of whats going on, never been in an accident, never even close. But thats not saying he should be able to drive drunk. He's still an idiot
