the sad thing is this might not be the case. My sister (who is 18) rolled our truck while drunk driving, she got a mip and not a dui like she should of. She basically got off with a slap on the wrist and was told if it happens again she'll pay hell. Well last night she got another MIP, we'll see where it goes. I know quite a few people around here who get dui's and still have there license somehow
oh i know, its stupid. shes been in more accidents in that before too. My parents are just in denial about her...but whateverthats wrong in more ways than 1

Lol.....so last nite i hear screeching( i live the 2nd house from the corner). i look out my window and see a white car slam into a pole. young kid, drunk as hell; came down my block and hit my neighbors mailbox on the wrong side of the road nearly hitting my truck and then slammed into a pole at the end of the road almost hitting a passing car. i talked to someone who was driving on my road and said that the kid flew past them about a half mile down the road on the wrong side of the road. in the end theres no front wheels/spindles or anything left on the car. airbags came out and all. i was the first there, asked the kid if he was still breathing and stuff and he asks me "hows the hood looking" WTF. stop drinking and driving people. its not worth it
