Ok, so for the past couple of months I have been dealing with the midbass in my driver side door sounding "softer"..like it isnt getting the same power as the passenger side.
Sometimes I will be driving along, and all of a sudden the driver side speaker will cut on and sound (imo) like it is supposed to. I have to adjust the settings on my H/U to take my balance from Left2 to 0.
What I can tell you is that when the speaker comes alive it sounds fantastic, what I can't tell you is why it is doing this..
I don't notice a difference in the tweeter when the mid "cuts on"
I checked the connections on the mids, and they seem fine. Connections coming off the amplifier is fine..nothing loose or fitted poorly.
I was told to switch the rca's around on my amp to see if the problem would occur with my passenger side speakers, but I run Zapco ref series amps with the symbilink..so no go there.
I could do it off of my H/U but I figured I would come here to see what other people had to say about it before i dig deeper and start taking stuff apart.
