drilling to amps to my box????

hi i know people asked about drilling there amp to there box. it does make it easy for someone to take what u got i understand. but what about 2 amps. a bass amp a small 2 channel amp. will i effect my subs sound or do damage? how about puting the amps on top of the box? i really think its a easy way to get every thing to gether. less wire runs as well. thank you

Some people will suggest to put little rubber grommets in between the amp and sub box to prevent vibrations from doing any damage to the amps internals . Some will say its not neccasary . Its ok to do 2 amps on the box but it does make it easier for a theif to take everything all in One package .

build some cover for it, like a fat piece of wood to look flush and then cover/paint it up

Is not that hard for someone to just unscrew the amps. So I don't know why people say, "they could just steal it all in one package." Starters if they can do that, they are strong mother f'ers and who really wants to pick that shit up all at once anyway, lol!

I have had many installs with my amps on my boxes and this is with out any rubber groumets and they have always worked flawlessly.
