I just let lots of shit go, but some people are just dumb.

I was talking to my bosses son last night. Somehow we were talking about police pulling you over and what you "have" to do and what you don't"

I was saying how if they ask to "inspect" your car, you are under no obligation to comply, and that if they did so without your compliance or w/o a warrant it would be in violation of the 4th amendment. (well not exactly like that, I type better than I speak)

His response "Nope, they can do what ever they want, pulling you over is enough reason to search your car without a warrant"

I responded "uhmm I don't think so" and just left it at that..

But somehow, the wrong person is always the one who "wins" and everyone believes..
