dont know what happen

I heard this rattling yesterday while poundin the bass and so i took my box out and checked. The passive radiator seems to be leaking from the middle. Like how normal speakers have that dust cap/cone in the centre, it seeks to be leaking air from that seal. Also, if i push it in, the radiator takes a very long time to spring back, unlike my sub.....

What could be the problem?
