P.S. you don't need a fancy contract for small claims. This is a forum, idiot. Everything is a written contract once the terms are agreed on. Don't you watch Judge Joe Brown?

obviously you know jack and sht about the legal system, hence the joe brown statement.

It is always better to have documentation written and signed. So if one has issues with a buyer or seller then their case is solid.

what do you need a contract for if **** goes south you can always sue them just make sure you keep all the messages you have as proof no need for a contract

this aint like your signing something between to people that you know this is from one side of the country to the other.

The key is to know who you are buying from. If you cant trust anyone one on this fourm than you better start buying local. If some one is gonna scam you there aint nothing you can do about it but make sure you paid for it the right way on PP and did everything right so you can get your money back. What is paypal gonna do when they see that NOTHING you could have made that and had your friend sign it. Same with court really unless there is flim of the guy signing it while holding his ID , Birth Certificate and his SS card.
