Simply put the dude acts like a real cool guy and seems really knowledgeable until he gets your money, soon as he got paid he acted like a dick and all of a sudden everything was on his terms. Wish I could have had some words with him face to face, I dont let people talk to me like that and im sure none of you guys would have put up with his shit either

sh*t, I just snt my amp there this morning.......It's under warranty by American Bass and they sent me there. Im sure he will do the right thing by me since Bob is a consistant customer but we will see. I won't want to write a bad review in the magazine about the business.

I hope no one has the issues I have, I mean I cant bash the guys work. He fixed the amp as promised and it still works... but the fact is he treated me like shit and was an ******* to me. I don't think anyone in his position ever has the right to treat a costumer like that. And for those of you that know me, you know I treat people with respect as I did him and I just expected it in return and clearly didnt get it. Again you guys can go with him its your own choice but I will stand behind my decision to not ever use him again.

I've had amps back in 3 days. I really can't say anything bad about them. That sucks for you guys. I'm sorry you had to deal with that.
