C0CK,its whats for dinner
You can't just mandate these types of things ... We live in free countries and we should be able to make the choice whether or not we drive ...
The only problem I have is with people who bitch about gas prices when they have made the choice to drive a vehicle that gets terrible milage ...
Always so opinionated in the gas threads...
But, nonetheless, I agree 100% with what you preach. If you do not want to spend $100's a month on gasoline, then do not buy the 'must have' 15mpg SUV... Gas was a huge factor for me when I bought my car, people rag on me sometimes for driving a Buick, and yet I normally average 20+ mpg in the city. I would love to be driving a big body Caprice, or even a Crown Victoria, but gas mileage is just horrible on them, and being 16, I would rather save money in the bank, then throw it away on gas that does not need to be burned.
