All I'm saying by that is that just because I don't live near him, doesn't mean I don't know people who do. I do not beleive in violence of any kind, I simply want what is mine. I agree with this.. I have sold quite a few things on this forum lately, mostly amps. For the most part I have shipped every one of them the day after I received payment, but a couple times I was unable to. I made sure and PM'd the buyer and told them I was unable to ship it and told them why, and that I would ship it as soon as I could. Even if you have to disappoint someone by saying you didn't get it shipped yet, its better than ignoring them. You don't usually ignore someone you "sold" something to unless you didn't plan on delivering the product... Hell making a bullshit excuse is better than ignoring..

Just recieved an email from him, saying he sent it Fed Ex and I should have it. Responded telling him I would like to know the tracking number to verify this. I will keep you guys posted.

but on another note "lost in the mail" is the first route a scammer will go to. we all know this. they try to blame it on the shipper
