doing damplifier pro install- quick question

Right now I'm just doing the cargo area floor. My sub enclosure fits in the cargo area hold with the spare tire. My question is, should I be putting any damplifier pro on the enclosure itself? I will be doing a layer of damplifier pro, and a layer of luxury liner on the floor of the cargo area. Thanks...

oh yeah, the enclosure is an ABS plastic bottom with a 3/4" MDF cap.
