Doing CODs with UPS

I did a COD with Cellerbr (think thats his account name) on the forums. I sold him my blown Orion 2500. Since people here think im going to scam him I offered to do COD since I do not have paypal. I did the COD and he got the amp...now it has been like 3 weeks later and I still don't have my money...whats up with this? Is this normal?

If you haven't received your money, you need to contact UPS and find out why.

Just out of curiousity....was it shipped via regular UPS or from someone's UPS account?

Called the UPS that I shipped it out from and they didn't pick up.

I tracked it online and it just says "delivered" to cellerbr.
