Cops always impound vehicles belonging to retards.

Cops in Hawaii just ticket you if they're able to hear you from like, 20 feet away.

Impounding is just too much.

i have no idea if they do around here, but i've drove by lots of cops when i had my "loudest system"(approx 130+db)when they were in their car and out of it pumping the stereo and they never said or did anything. im in canada though, and the cops around here are pretty laid back. even the cops in toronto are pretty decent.

i have heard about people getting hassled, and told to turn it down, but never a ticket.

ive gotten 2 tickets in 1 week for my system before. one was a local ticket and the other was from a state cop in joliet and it was $140, he told me if they caught me in chicago playin music that loud that the tickets are around $500 bux, but he never said anything about gettin the car impounded. ive never heard of anyones car bein impounded for a system. a lot of people i kno with systems have been pulled over before and never had that happend to them.

thats nuts..i live less than a mile from the police station in a small NJ town...drive by it at least 9/10 times in an average summer day playin loud music and never once got in trouble....dunno probably has to do with the type of mood the officer is in

the police in my town actually know almost every kid by name and face that has a system in their car and they are on the look out for them just to try to bust them. i live in a preaty small town.

one time i had one of my freinds call me and ask me where i was and what i was doing becuse the cops were asking people if they saw my car drive my playing loud music and gave them a discription of me, my car, and my license plate.

some cops are just crazy about that kinda stuff, but i still have yet to hear of anyone that i knows car get impounded due to their system being to loud.
