Does winisd calculate effective length , or end correction factor?

Does winisd calculate effective length , or end correction factor into port length? Not a huge difference in tuning , but if i have a 7" wide port and if using the wall of the box as one side of the port, i effectively have an additional 3.5" added to the physical port length correct?
