wether it is hot or cold, can always play a part in performance . . .and or system functionality. say it is 92 degrees out and you are slammin as hard as you can and your subs and amps are in your trunk the heat will be extremly high(from the weather and from the equipment as well generating heat or adding) and could surely cause thermal problems( dont want amps melting down or glue gooing on sub cones or and coils over heating) with the subs and the amps. . .and in extreme colds you could have moisture and freezing problems as well. so yes I think that you should take weather conditions (usually extremes) seriously if you want to enjoy what you have .
