I have a head unit with only one set of rca preouts on it. I want to run a 4ch amp (infinity 475a) off of it with two channels to the front mids and two channels bridged to a sub. If I set the head unit to rear-out instead of sub-out will it send all the frequencies to the sub so I can run the mids from it too? This would be accomplished using an rca splitter I believe.
Also, If I set it up this way, will the head unit still send signal through the high level outputs so I can run the rear 6x9 off the head unit?
Basically will this work?
I just want to make sure the 6x9 on the high level speaker wires will still work from the HU if I turn the rear-out setting on and run the doors and sub off an amp from the low level outputs . (It's for the passengers or I wouldn't even worry about rear fill)
