does my amp have enough power

I was thinking of getting a single 12" brahma but I dont know if my visonik 1000 watt amp will power it enough. Im sure the amp is overrated like a b!tch. what do you guys think the RMS rating is on that amp.

From what I heard Visonik keeps its ratings pretty accurate, never actually heard one but I heard they ahve good ratings,

how many watts is ur sub?

Plus Visonik is kind of new to a lot of people so they dont really like it, but it should be fine

Well Im wondering what the RMS Rating is on the Visonik 1000 watt amp (do they rate at 1000 max or 1000 RMS) also the sub is a brahma 12 with I believe 1200 RMS watts and like 4800 Max. somebody correct me if Im wrong.

Ignore the max ratings...max/peak means diddly poo...

Depending on the box, the Brahma can perform great with very low wattage. As long as you feed it around 700 watts, it will be fine, so if that amp puts out 1000 RMS, thats good for the Brahma.
