Does it really matter? Kicker or RE

Ok, so I'll make this quick. I've done a ton of research and can't find a clearcut answer, maybe there isn't one. Here's the deal, I'm trying to make a super budget setup that will get loud. I have a concept 1200A and 2400A so I can choose for power. Here are my options.

4 kicker CVR 12s ($240)

4 RE SE 12s ($480)

2 RE SE 15s ($330)

3 kicker CVR 15s ($330)

I know about the cone area deal, so the 3 kickers would be best as far as that is concerned. Is there a great gain if going from CVRs to REs. If i were to go the 4 12" route, are the REs worth double cost of the CVRs? Thanks in advance.

I've heard 3 ported CVRs 15's off of 2000w in a 2 door tahoe and it got loud as hell.

I would go the RE SE route. More expensive, but well worth it.

Id go with the RE's they sound better and you can get an RE SE 15 for $134

Plus RE stuff has better sound quality besides being loud
