Does it matter where the second batt is located??

This might be dumb... But does it matter where the second batt is located??

Because I was going to mount a second under the hood, instead of next to the amp, Iv already done the big-3 and everything....

Also what size batt should I get my voltage drops to 11.5 with my powerbass xa 3000d. O yeah im not running it that hard that was just for a split second test...

it doesnt matter as long as everything is properly fused.

nope, put it wherever you want it.

i wouldnt reccomend putting a non-sealed/wet battery inside your vehicle though. As for a sealed battery, put it anywhere.

what they said^^^^. a couple 9A31 group batts should be able to handle that powerbass.

You can put it anywhere you want. But the closer to the amp the better IMO.

I agree 100% and it can mean a few tenths of a volt less in voltage drop.
