yes. they will be the best bang for the buck on a BNIB amp of that power, period.

well, are you talking about 16 volts for competition purposes? ie: just the batts and shit?

or do you mean 16v in a daily driven vehicle? ie: a step down module, externally regulated ho alt, and batts?

the latter can get kind of expensive
