PM Tommyk and explain your situation to him. If he doesn't respond to you within a day (He is on all the time) do what you have to do to get your money back.

I don't doubt it for a second because I have seen where he was actually on the forum posting in threads while ignoring the PM I sent. Everyone keeps saying try him on his forum over on ROE and I am here to say that has not proven useful either. I certainly wish you better luck than I have enjoyed. At this point it would be rather difficult for me to recommend his business to anyone, I was just hoping that my case would be different.

Well, hopefully I will get some sort of resolution soon. I have escalated my claim with Paypal to have an actual third party help get this matter resolved.

Have you tried him on AIM? I payed him quite a while ago for a box and I should be getting it before the 18th. Occasionally when I want to ask him the progress I just hit him up on AIM and he usually responds. I payed him May 19th, so I would hope it doesn't take him a full month to build it.

I just truly hate the way this situation has played out. I didn't want things to come to this, but with lack of communication on his side how am I suppose to have confidence in anything he is doing. Like I said before, the communication was great before I paid him. He would respond to nearly every question I had within the same day. After I paid him, that's when it turned nearly to silence.

he IS always busy during the day, and usually visits the boards at night. im not too sure when he sleeps.

do they really? wow i ddint know that the PMS worked at night, or maybe this morning when he was online.

I ams orry but he must be the worst carpenter ever, takes him forever to build boxes he charges way to much for.
