there is no visable difference... same motor, same cone / dustcap / surround / basket

the difference is in the rear suspension, and coil..

so does that make the sq and spl of the sexxx alot better or is it gonna be unnoticable compared to the se? Cause the sexxx has a higer price for theirs subs but if the performace isnt that much far of the se they why dont people just get the se and save money?

its just an se with an xxx coil. sq and spl are improved. imo, just get an sx if ur lookin for that.

i heard the sexxx is more spl oriented than the se. the new coil and suspension let it handle more power for its rms.

SeXXX's are no longer available...

They were SE's with an XXX coil and modified suspension. SQ was down from the SE...and SPL was up as well as power handling. They were a great deal, not too much more than an SE when they were around. Also, they were never marketed or on RE's site...basically a custom sub u had to ask for. peace

what about the se and the sx? What are the diferences between thoes? Are they also same motor structure?

i believe the SX is more of an SPL sub than SQL...more like 65/35...while the SE is a SQ sub, maybe just under 50/50.... i have heard people say that ported SX subs can get as loud as XXX with a lot less power...but i dont have experience with the SX's...just the XXX's and MT's

like someone said earlier they no longer make the SE it was replaced with the SX. the SX according to RE(Scott) is similar in performance to the custom SEXXX. if ya got more q's callem up they're really cool kats
