If its not a wall. Guess I should of added to the statement. I asked in a thread awhile back where someone was talking about 4th orders about putting one in the jeep just because I like the concept of them. I was told that a ported box would do just as fine if not better.

That is incorrect. BP enclosures still have an efficiency advantage over standard ported enclosures, be it in a trunk, SUV, or your livingroom. Wall or not.

No idea what Buck is referring to in that thread. The advantages of a BP enclosure do not disappear in SUV's or non-walled installs.

Looks like I still might do one then. I didnt want to do a full out wall, but I love the look of a 4th order.
