Dodge ram door panels

i may just be stupid but i cant figure out how to take the door panels off of my 1995 dodge ram. If any of you know of a site that might have a manual on it or just know from experience how to take them off it would be appreciated.

I had a 97 before my dakota. There are those annoying *** push in snaps that always break all along the edge of the inside of the door panel. when you get those free, lift up on the door panel and it should pop up, then you can un-hook the metal rod that connects to the lock and unplug the harnesses for the power windows and locks. This is by memory so i might be missing a step but it wasnt that hard. I changed my door speakers twice.
