Hey guys I'm new here and I just picked up my new dodge ram, it's a single cab tho, it doesn't have a bench seat so I know I can get subs in, I saw on YouTube this guy had 4 kicker L7's in a single cab dodge ram 1500 I would like to know if it is possible to fit an Orion hcca124 in a ported box in the truck with out loosing the three seats, this is is gonna be the biggest set up i have done, all new door speakers, extra battery, 4000w amp, new head unit, capacitor, and I could use your guys's help with it

I was gonna put it behind the seats and I was gonna get an ssa audio zcon 12 but I didn't know what was better
Zcon is a billion times better.

ok so behind the seat is good , but you'll need a ported box to get loud ,also the internal volume of the box will be determined by how much leg room your giving up.,this will also determine what and how many subs you can and will use .

okay so say that i want a ported box with to 12" xfl's. and i was thinking about taking the center console out and putting it between the seats so i could fit a bigger box

ok ,you'll need to measure the outer diameter of the area so i can see if a box will fit there and house 2 xfl 12's ported . if so ,a down firing box ported to the back with and aero port or 2 would be good .

Im still waiting to pick up the truck so i dont know exact dimensions yet, but i was thinking about getting 2 12" SSA ZCONS, and this as the box WoofersEtc.com - SQP212 - Ground Shaker 12" Dual Ported Box
As for the amp the MAX wattage for both speakers is 9000w so i dont know if i should just get 2 amps or just one large one, thats why im here
ok first off dont get the prefab box ,you'll be wasting your money . and then dont look at max ratings for an amp or subs .look at rms ratings

I would say you probably would be better off using 4 sundown or cadence 8s or something similar, read around a little cause just by you saying things like 4000w amp and capacitor sounds like you might want to gain a lil more knowledge. What amp? Cause I'm sure it is not 4000w

I can't remember what the amp was but, change of plans the regular cab dodge is gone, I am now buying a dodge ram club cab, or which ever cab has the 2 full doors and 2 half doors, so my plan is remove the center console in the front and build a box and put it there so I still can fit people in the back
