Do you like Obsidian?

I'm thinking about getting 2 of the 15" V3's and building a sealed box to give them 2.5 cubes each. I like that they are massive, and ask for only 600RMS.

Any comments or criticism regarding their subs?

A buddy of mine had a pair of the v2 12's on a Massive n3 and they sounded fantastic. I would like to try there new 10's... i think all in all for the price you cant beat Obsidian.

Agreed. Obsidian love ported enclosures and really shine in them. I heard they are really mediocre in a sealed enclosure

It's a Hyundai Elantra. The box would measure 33x22x16. I want clean sounding bass over anything. I was going with 15's for cone space, and yes sealed due to size. I would have wanted 18's if they fit.

As much as I don't like that idea maybe it's the best one. I was going to have a hard time fitting that big of a box already. Maybe I should get the 2 12s and tune them to 33hz

U will get more ouput from a pair of 12s ported over 15s sealed

How do these compare to sq hds312's? Ive wanted obsidian for awhile but didnt want to wait for the v3's. Are the soundqubes better?
