I used to be a huge UFO nerd back when I was younger. I read all these alien abduction books and watched X-Files religiously. But it really is just all Science fiction nonsense. Almost every case of alien abduction can be related to sleep paralysis. Same goes for most paranormal activity that some people experience at night.

Ive been watching the history channel for the past few days. And all they have been talking about is UFO's, Aliens, and the Universe.
