Do video stores check game CD's?

If we have warned someone about using their 360 on it's side, a note is made on the account, and the next disc that comes in damaged in the same manner (the perfect circle scratch) is charged to the account. At Blockbuster we require a pre-authorized credit card on the account to rent 360, PS3, and WII games. If you brought it in to me, I would charge you the new price of the game.

It's funny that you would ***** about increasing rental prices, and then attempt to swindle your rental company out of a $60 game. It's people like you that add to the rising cost of game rentals, dumbass.

ORRRR

They could just put their stickers on the **** game CD so that when they bring it in, theyre like, "Oh ****, its not ours. Charge em!"

If microsoft had Forza2 in their dmaged disc replacement program, I would just do that.

And x2 to lilmaniac's post.

What were you arguing with? I didn't post up any opinions for you to debate.

Edit: Why would we waste time putting stickers on the game when I can just have it charged to your credit card for messing it up? You get a warning, and if you scratch up another game, you pay for it whether you like it or not.

Man, I find the most interesting people in front of me at Blockbuster.

One lady was arguing because they charged her $60 for a 360 game. When she asked why, they told her she returned it like 50 days after it's due date. She was goin off for like 10 minutes, it was great.

After working there for a couple years I've developed a stellar blank stare and tone of indifference. I've not done a credit for anything other than legit defective returns in months. I love telling people to, in short, fukk off. I am a master at updating accounts with credit card information just to make sure I always have the customer by the balls.
