Yeah they look more blue in the pictures than in real life. I find that in pictures HID kits look more blue than they really are.

No I think they are 8K, what I meant by that is that to me the white spectrum of light looks a lot more yellowish than that to me on the 6K's

How do you know if you need project headlights? Whats the difference between HID and halogen, or are they the same lol? I'm not familiar at all with this type of stuff obviously...

i dont really give a shit about color or bling... but i've been thinking about doing hids on my explorer for better lighting. i dont want anything thats going to blind other drivers though, besides being retarded and annoying, it can be dangerous for me and the other driver.
