Theres always that chance as well, it happened to me before in MD.i just took the class and got no points. Also the officer might not show up and the ticket will be dismissed or at least thats how it is in Michigan
dont talk to themok so im going to give the MD state police a call tomorrow. becasue reading the back of the ticket it says i have to wait 30days of not paying to ticket to get a court date. then i go to court. in my head im thinking with in that 30days the officer will forget about me and then cant recall any exact information from the ticket.
im going to plead guilty and ask for PBJ. or like you guys said driving school. on the other hand i want to talk to my insurance. if my rate wont go up ill go pay it tomorrow.
Completely wrong.depends on ur state, i am almost positive PA only accepts points from the states that are touching its borders, no other ones
i didnt click on all that but pa and md 'talk' to each other, md and wv dont. If he feels unsafe he should go back to md and more or less his point would be dropped, if it was me i wouldnt pay shit, but whateverCompletely wrong.
