I have a question.. what is post dumping? I was told that I was doing that when I questioned the sellers reason about some amps that were for sale in the classifieds.. I didnt know why I got jumped on like I was blowing up his attempt at selling them.. Is that what post dumping is? Shatting on someone thats trying to sell something?

I think it's already been explained to you by now what's considered post dumping. Just wanted to add that in the future, if you want/need clarification on any rule, feel free to PM a mod and one of us will be glad to help explain the situation. I realize in the classified rules is simply says "no post dumping", and granted that is pretty vague, but we felt most people would understand it, and to be honest, there is some gray area that the mmods have to make judgment calls on. Sorry for the confusion.

I didnt realize my response would be met with an insult from someone thats got nothing better to do with their time.. and my bad for even responding to him. Honestly I never took a close look at the rules.. It seems to me that a LOTTA rules are flexible in this forum though. lol.. thanks for the heads up. I appreciate it.

These are used stock, not B-Stock. There is a difference.

B-Stock are brand new sub woofers that fail QC inspection before shipping. B-Stock subwoofers are sold with full warranty and are generally more expensive then used items we sell directly.

Use subwoofers are in fact used and often do not come with original packaging like B-Stock, nor do they come with a warranty when sold.

And on one more note - our B-Stock inventory counts for about 2-3% of total inventory, which at any given time is in the thousand speaker/subwoofer quantity. So as you can see, 2-3% is quite minimal.

fact is....whether you can defend yourself legitimately or not you have had this kind of heat on you for since just a while after your business came to be. good businesses dont end up with tons of accusations against them. it doesnt come out of nowhere. nobody made all of this up. youre fcked. you messed up over and over and this stuff will never go away so rather than trying to bs everyone into thinking you didnt do anything. just apologize like a man, take responsibility and conduct yourself in a manner worthy of respect.

After reading through ALL of the skar threads it seems that even though the products seem to be legit... the owner is always going to determine the outcome and success of a company as a whole. The biggest problem I see over and over again is that people are not getting new product and they have to bitch, or at least push, to get new product sent out to them. If kevin was such an awesome guy, as many of you 'nut-huggers' claim he is, why do these inconsistent issues continue to surface. It's not a 'plus 1' in Kevin's name when he ships someone the right product, he is just doing what any ethical human would do, fixing his mistakes/lies (which ever it may be). It is not that Kevin is necessarily out to Skam everyone he does business with, but why would you choose to buy from a company owned by a knowingly shady person who continues to show patterns of 'mistakes' and 'issues' with orders. There are many other companies out there that offer the same, or better products for close to the same price.

I personally feel that it comes down to who you want to give your hard earned money to, and what kind of chances you are willing to take on what you get in exchange for said money. Why buy from someone who can't even get the right product in the right boxes.... lol he either ***** at shipping packages... or he is doing it on purpose.
