i see he is your e-buddy. i was a manager and when i called a customer an ******* i got fired. i guess if that is the way he wants to conduct business, that is his perogative
How is he my E-buddy? I dont even know him. The most contact I have had with him is a few emails while I was buying my alt and upping the regulator...

You see, you tend to take things, move them around, jumble the meaning, and post them up. Just like what Dave called himself in Expy's call out thread. You went off and posted bits and pieces of the whole convo...which inturn made the whole thing out of context.

With all that said, Nate has had problems with his alts, he has also offered to fix each and every one, you knew when you bought it that there was no refunds...If it doesnt work you should act civilized and try and work to get it fixed. Or, like I stated in my last post, call the BBB and take him to court.

the problems didn't surface until after i bought it. either way i lost $300. i also didn't post a part of the convo. i posted everything we said.

You deserved to be called that...your email was very unprofessional for a so called customer servise manager...

I tried to help him out and was willing to take care of any problems with his alternator.Hestarted cursing at me and using bad language to me like in the post he has above "i'm ready to say **** it and sell all my shit. " You can see the way he talks ! So when he was cursing me out in several emails, I just said that he was acting like a bit@#. Everyone will have some problems now and then. I build thousands of alternators so it is no suprise to see a couple of people with complaints - you cant please everyone. 99% of my customers tell me I have the best customer service and alternators they have ever had.

My doors are open from 8am until 4pm Central time if you need to come see me and say that to my face, come see me ! It is easy to talk smack behind a computer screen. If you have never dealt with me, You dont know how I treat customers or handle my business. I have one of the best reps inthe business - a couple of people on one topic can make anyone look bad. I know of people who have blown several rockford, mtx, and other top of the line amplifiers, does that mean the amps are crap ? Please dont talk about what you dont know.

i want a refund now. i'm tired of paying $15 to ship it back all the time and getting a bad one back. funny how your tone changes when i catch you in a lie

My tone does not change, You acted like a ***** and I told you, and I will hold firm to that statement. If you want to send the alternator back to me, I will see what is going on with it and ship it back with a check to cover your shipping charges to me. Read the warranty paperwork that came with the alternator, it will explain the refund process to you.

post the e-mails where i used bad language. did i use a sarcastic tone? yes. did i call you any names? nope. did you call me names? yes. did you not say i sent you several e-mails swearing you out? yes. didn't i just show you i sent you only 3, and that you replied to the first e-mail, and even posted the whole convo? yes. the alt technically works but it does not maintain a stable voltage. i'll send it out next week when i have time to pull it.
