This is really good advice actually.On a serious note man now is time to start bettering yourself, hit the gym and get your shit on point for the next lady. If you don't go all emo on her like you are here about the breakup she may even keep letting you hit it for a while.

Best advice possible. I know it sucks but it's a lot better than sitting around lamenting over it. Go out and do shit and get over it. Can you change it? If not, then get over it. You're going to have to at some point, why put yourself through hell for an unnecessary length of time.Been there done that...lost my job too in the same time frame. Lost 20 lbs which is a lot for someone my size. Was throwing up from stress...blah blah blah...
Im back to normal happier then ever. You'll get past it and move on. I have just one form of advise...
