I never could decide on a subwoofer....
I'm planning on putting a single 10" or 12" (if it will fit) under the rear seat in my extended cab Titan.
I'm probably going to use a Pre-Fab box, or copy one but the max amount of airspace really is about .7 cuft and needs to be under 5.75 inch mounting depth.
I know the new Kodas are out but has anyone heard them yet? I can't get in touch with adire to find out what their mounting depth is, and I tried a couple retailers as well but no one seems to know //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/frown.gif.a3531fa0534503350665a1e957861287.gif I saw adire listed on a site that sells ARC and DLS, but adire was not listed as a premium brand, while arc and DLS were...
I want to get some thump going..
DLS Nobellium 10"

DLS Nobellium 12"
http://www.dls.se/english/speakers/NO12.htm (12 inch fits but I'm not sure about airspace, looks possible if I only use one voice coil?)
Koda 10"

Looks like airspace is not an issue, and it would work with my existing amp, but I'm not sure if it would sound good, or have a shallow enough mounting depth (I thought it was supposed to be under 5 inches but no one knows for sure..)
Arc Audio 10"

Barley fits, but I hear good things about them, I might be able to hook up a deal on a 10" for like 100. But not sure if it would get very loud, most people recomend 2 of them.
Maybe even a TC shallow 10" when they come out but I would imagine a regular style sub would likely sound better.
I currently have an ancient Hifonics Zeuse 300x2 @2 ohms 600x1 @ 4 ohms amp I will use if I can, but I would consider getting a new amp if necessary (if it is worth it to run a better sub)
I also have DLS Iridium fronts and I am very happy with them. That DLS sub sure is sexy but I don't know anything about them. They are also 2x the price of the koda and over three times the price of the ARC, but still affordable for me if it is the best of the three.
