I bought my diamond components from them and it wasnt the greatest expierance. They sent me a different model than they listed, tried to tell me they were better, and then admitted that they didnt actually have any of the ones that they listed. Shipping took forever because they sell things that they do not have, and all of the serial numbers were removed or defaced when I got them.

Ordered diamond speakers as new. They appeared to be open box but worked fine... Wont buy from again due to that.. but worked fine

I bought some subs from them. Their warehouse was about 5 miles from my apartment at the time, so I drove and picked them up. They sold me a blown sub. I took the sub back to their warehouse and after the guy giving me any and every possible excuse not to have the sub returned, he finally said he would return it. He told me they'd have it replaced in a week, which turned into 2 months. They wouldn't answer ANY of my phone calls or e-mails, the only way I could talk to them was to drive down to the warehouse.

I'll never do business with them again. Their customer service is about the worst I've ever had.

yep because they are authorized, but they wont sell to you if there is a dealer in your area.

You can pop the cover when you get it, I doubt it is a fake. If it is, it will have a green circuit board...
