DLS and MobileSQ.com

I have been comparing multi-channel amps for a few days now and I have it down to Zapco, DLS and Arc. I called and spoke with Arc, very helpful. Called and spoke with Zapco, very helpful. I called and spoke with DLS, not helpful. Almost like they didn't know their own product. I finally just said, "ok, thanks for the help" and I hung up. So I decided to call MobileSQ as they sell DLS and felt they would be able to help me out with some questions. On there web site, there is no phone number listed. I found this very odd, so I emailed them asking for a phone number. If I am about to spend $835 + shipping, I wanna know who I am dealing with. I get a reply that they deal in email only. I guess no A7 for me then...

Am I looking at this the wrong way???

DLS of America was a joke when I called them. Sorry but after speaking with Phoenix Gold, Arc Audio and Zapco, I had high expectations for them - total let down.

Please understand I am not saying DLS is a bad product, nor am I saying do not deal with MobileSQ - just letting you know what I thought was odd and disappointing... My opinion only here...

Arc's CS is top notch.

I know the guys at MobilSQ, you have nothing to worry about. Your money is safe, and they are authorized internet retailers for DLS.
