Looks like aluminum.. which is extremely extremely cheap. You could make something very similar for a few dollars of aluminum and plexi.

Correct.

There is only about $10 worth of materials.

The cost is in the machining..

100% CNC router for the plastic and 100% CNC mill for the aluminum. Ish is expensive.

who ever is doing ur machining is fsking you over... there is milling shops here that can do them for about 30$

have already spoken with one shop about having some done for me. and for a distro box I wouldn't pay more than 30-40$ for them even tho its 0-4x 0 out
