Distro block question

Does a company make a distro block that is 4awg in and 4awg out? Also... would it be ok to use 8awg wire in the out portion of a block that does 0/1 in and 4 out?

I've never seen a 4in/4out block. I'm sure you could rig it up however you want, and I'm sure you can make a smaller gauge fit in a bigger whole any time.
