distortion?

ok i just installed a new sub and bridged my amp 8 ohm but now when i get my volume above 25 my pioneer component speakers get distorted but they did not before and i know i did not blow them if anyone knows whats goin on plz shed some light, thanks in advance

what volume does your head unit go up to? seems like your clippin the amp and why you usin an 8 ohm load, ur starvin your amp for power doin that, if the speakers kinda distort just lower the lows mids or highs w/e your head unit has for that option and you should be okay.

yea they are off the head unit

well run your comps off an amp.. head unit power isin't the way to do it
