all gas stations in my area are empty except 1 and when they run out, the earliest thell get more is wednesday... paid 4.20 for mine... i just cann't wait till everyone runs out and freaks then schools close, and the economy plumets...

supposed to get over $5 a gallon over the weekend thats nothing

theres a hurricane so time for the govt to **** the population so they can get their pockets fat before the holidays

the even more sad thing is that most people dont realize that unleaded fuel is waste product from making diesel and higher grade fuels

no reson it should be even close to $1 a gallon

fact, Houston refineries - refine 1 out of every 4 barrels of oil, i'm not talking about getting 25% of the crude oil, im talking refined...

i am in fort worth and tomorrow by 1 the storm is supposed to still be a category 1 hurricane (my sister is an emergency manager for texas)

houston is already out of gas as of yesterday and they had to start busing people out for he evacuation...

girlfriend is at school in west tenn. gas went up 2 dollars over night in some places there...

so, because houston had to shut down oil refineries for the storm, supply is not balanced with demand at the 3.33 level here anymore, its now gone up 20 cents today and is expected to go to 5+ over the weekend and by next weekend hopefully go back down due to refineries re-opening...

still category 1 onceit hits ft worth, if anyone knows texas geography, thats a big freaking deal, it has to go a long ways to get here over land and its guessed to still be a hurricane...
