Directed/Orion/Viper 1200w rms

I'm looking into getting an amp between 1200-1400wrms @ 1 ohm, and was looking into the orion 2400D, Directed D2400, or the viper 1200.1. What are the differences between these amp (if any) and do they do rated power? Any comments on this would be greatly appreciated, thanks.

I have owned all 3, solid amps. Same mother company. There however was alot of bad Directed and Vipers for a while going around. Orion would be my choice if i choose from those...

I found a refurb directed D2400 for $170 shipped. Sound like a good deal, or should I keep looking?

those were the bad ones, lol...

The refurbs were going bad for a while, I had one that lasted 15mins then fried all the fuses...

I got a DEI 2400 for $249 new in Hemet, Ca. I thought that was a great price from an authorized dealer.
