You got it hooked up yet? Only issue is it seems to get hot pretty easy, so make sure it can get some airflow, or wire up a small 12v external fan to it.

i never had a problem with mine running hot. good amp with good output and that is a great price

You may want to check your GND wire....though you've done the big 3 under the hood your car is still a uni-body meaning no frame...you'll need a equal gnd at least 4ga. run from the battery back to the amp...if your gnd is just a screw in the trunk somewhere...that most likely is your problem...a bad ground

I loved my 1500d... You pick this one up off ebay??? I saw one go for 120 the other day... Took every ounce of strength not to throw a bid on it...

Also, I never had a problem with mine getting hot... Ran decently cool actually.
