Direct TV DVR question.

Is there anyway i can transfer recorder shows from my DVR to my harddrive?

i see there's a USB port on DVR but not sure if its possible.

nope, the usb ports are not active. At some time in the future they might be. But at this time the usb port does nothing. Even if you could xfer them to your h/d you likly wouldnt be able to play them based on what format they are encoded in.
