I used to drive a truck for a seafood restaurant and used to haul tons of the lil suckers (literally - not an exaggeration) a week from south Louisiana crawfish farmers up to this end of the state where I worked.

are you serious? put ingredients in crockpot, turn on low, leave it alone for 12 hours. literally, dont touch it, dont stir it, dont open the top...
after 12 hours, you eat it. its that simple. i can send you some recipes if you want
