jambalaya:
2 cups chicken broth
1 tblspoon creole seasoning
1 large green pepper, diced
2 large celery stalks, diced
1 can diced tomatoes
1 pound kielbasa
3/4 pound skinless, boneless chicken thighs cut into cubes
1 cup uncooked regular white rice
1/2 pound fresh medium shrimp, peeled and de-veined.
mix all ingredients except shrimp together in crock pot, cover and cook on low 7-8 hours(or on high 4-5 hours). add shrimp and cook for 40 minutes or until done.
