there is no way to tell definativly...some people get dimming with stock alts and 800 watts...some dont. It depends on the current that your car consumes, and your install.

no. it's unanswerable. that's actually a pretty big alt. for stock, so you may not need to. never can tell until you get your stuff in. after you get the system in, if it dims, the next step is the big 3.

I THINK that you will be fine. I am running about 600 watts on an 80 amp without any problems at all.

I have slight dimming with 1600w of sub and speaker amp power. My car has a 130amp stock alt and stock battery right now. No big 3. Once big 3 is done I guarentee there will be no dimming. Big3 with >2000w on a 130amp alt wont dim lights in most cases, unless your amp is current hog. But with 800w, no way in hell.

i have slight dimming when i have a 2000w amp running at .7 ohm on only an 80 amp alt.
