The biggest thing to watch with Dilaudid is respiratory depression. That's how it works... Yeah, you're right. I assumed the diaphragm was smooth because we don't think about breathing, as in it kind of happens on its own, but we do have control of it, so it's not smooth (or involuntary). And yes, I was talkin about the CNS, lmao. I knew what I was wanting to say, just the terminology wasn't quite there! You are obviously not speaking from experience. I would get more of a high out of 3 7.5/750mg Vics than 400-500mg of Tramadol
