Difference between the VFL 1100.1 (12 volt) and the VFL 1100.1 (18 volt)

actually not true basswiigee, but close ,the 18 volt version is stable at 18 volts ,but produces less power at 12 than the 12 volt model,and the 12 model is onlt stable up to 16 volts at best
