Difference between power cable: ground and power?

I noticed companies (Streetwire, etc.) sell amp power cable (I'm looking at 8 gauge) and amp ground power cable. Is there a difference? They have the same specs, right?

color matters... if its dark its for the ground... lighter colors are ment for power....

It's however you wire it. The Stinger HPM series uses blue for power and silver for ground. It used to be that red (+) and black (-) were the only choices that you had, but with all the colors of wire out there now, there really isn't a standard anymore. However you want to do it is fine.
